Combines the advanced spot check and monitoring capabilities of the Welch Allyn Connex

Vital

Signs Monitor with the Welch Allyn Integrated Diagnostic System (which includes an otoscope and

ophthalmoscope), allowing clinicians to take and electronically capture accurate patient vital signs

as well as perform basic diagnostic exams. This easy-to-use system features a large, intuitive, color

touch-screen that can help with patient communications. Since the system is compact, wall-

mounted, and comes with a cord management system, valuable floor space is saved and tangled,

hanging cords are reduced. For connected facilities, patient vitals can be sent electronically, directly

to an EMR/EHR system, reducing manual transcription errors and giving clinicians immediate

access to accurate data—enhancing clinical decision-making and improving patient safety.
