WARNING The exhaust port for sidestream CO

is an output for the expired
gases from the patient and any connected breathing apparatus. The exhaust port
is intended only for connection to gas collection equipment such as gas
scavenger devices (the device should comply with ISO 8835-3:1997 E). Do not
allow any other connection to the exhaust port.
WARNING If using a watertrap, the watertrap is disposable and should only be
used for a single patient. Do not reuse the watertrap for another patient.
Note
After you connect a mainstream CO

watertrap, the
Propaq CS monitor displays the waveform briefly without a scale. It displays
WARM UP (for mainstream) or START UP (for sidestream) in the CO
